Event Sponsorship- $1,100

This sponsorship includes:

Marketing Materials: $50 

Inclusion of exhibitor-provided marketing material in participant bags.  

Please provide 500 copies, and materials must arrive to conference planners at least 2 weeks before the conference.

As part of the registration process, every sponsor will be required to mail product swag for Vendor Bash Giveaways by October 17th to the Parsons Public Library, 311 South 17th St., Parsons KS 67357

The deadline for registration is Saturday, October 17th.

CONFERENCE FLOOR MAP

SCHEDULE*

Wednesday, October 28th

• Vendor check-in starts at 10:00 AM.
• Vendor bash- 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM

• Breakfast with Vendors-8:00 AM- 8:45 AM         
• Celebration of Service Luncheon (Vendor Hall will be locked and monitored). Tickets are available for purchase
• Sweet Treat with Vendors-4:00 PM- 5:00 PM
• Vendor Breakdown- 5:00 PM

WHOVA APP

Exhibitors and Sponsors will have access to the Whova app. Each exhibitor can create a custom virtual exhibitor page, communicate with attendees, and upload custom materials to personalize their presence.

HOSPITALITY ROOM

The Hospitality room for exhibitors and authors is available all day on Thursday, October 29th. This room includes beverages and snacks. Two boxed lunches will be provided on Thursday with the purchase of a booth or sponsorship.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

All registration cancellations and refund requests for the Kansas Library Association Conference, must be made in writing to KLA@amigos.org. The last day to receive a refund is October 17th. There is a $25 processing fee for all refunds.
