#CheckOutMyMask Campaign

This week Kansas Library Association council members were invited to attend a Kansas Beats the Virus brainstorming session to come up with ideas to combat the spread of the COVID virus. Kansas Beats the Virus is a public health partnership launched  by the Kansas Leadership Center in partnership with the State of Kansas. The group from KLA that met had some great ideas and the action plan that was selected by them was to invite libraries across the state to flood their social media with photos of staff and community members wearing masks using  #checkoutmymask  to help normalize mask wearing.
