KLAEF Continuing Education Grant

A specific purpose of KLAEF is to provide continuing education grants for members of the Kansas Library Association. (Articles of Incorporation, 2000) Funds are specified for KLA Conference grants (10 x $100), with additional funds available for other CE opportunities.

1. For 2013, the maximum amount available for each grant is $250 per person. There are eight grants available at this amount.
2. Any member may apply for $100 to help defray the cost of the Kansas Library Conference. Applications will be accepted from July – one week before conference. There are ten grants available.
3. Priority will be given to KLA members who have not received a KLA-CE Grant in the past 2 years.
4. All grants are reimbursements since approval may not be available until after the event.
