Thank you to the Foundation for providing this service. At this time of the year, it is hard to come up with mileage money. And I just really felt like I needed to get out of my library and rub shoulders with other librarians, to hear what they are dealing with, get some new ideas and that I did!

Thank you again. I can say that this was a life changer for me!

  6. I received a KLAEF grant to attend the KLA Conference in the fall of 2013. Thank you so much for making this grant available! I was able to get in touch with other librarians, was inspired by the keynote speaker, and picked up some tips that I’m already putting to use in my library.

Thank you KLAEF very much for the $100 mini grant. I love going to the Library Conference and always learn so much. It’s great to get to spend time with other awesome librarians. There were many good sessions this year, loved Eric Litwin’s preconference and all the sessions. Always enjoy making and bringing a basket from the LaCygne Library and enjoy seeing all the neat baskets. I also enjoy the opportunity to present ideas that are working in my library. Keep up the good work, and thanks again for awarding me the mini grant, it was much appreciated!
