Description: This program will give libraries a model for deciding whether or not a book is worth repairing, and a demonstration of a few easy and quick repairs to keep books in circulation. In this session, I will present a decision tree to help librarians make the correct decision for each book, and demonstrate the best equipment, supplies and methods for the most common repairs that will make the most efficient use of that most valuable commodity: staff time.
